The Prunotto Mariangela farm has employed for several years in its own fields the Integrated Fight Method and since 1995 it adheres to The Agro-Alimentary Program for the fulfillment of the EEC 2078/92 Rule. The Integrated Fight Method is an action against parasites only. Prunotto has reduced to a minimum toxic residue on fruit. The types of fruit trees that Prunotto grows are more resistant to parasites. During the year Prunotto takes care of the tree using suitable traps set in the growing fields.Prunotto only uses the best quality fruit and vegetables and processes them within a few hours of the harvest. This method allows them to capture all the genuine flavors.
